Integration of Residential Management System modules (Care Area Assessments, Clinical Notes, Resident Observations, and Resident Scheduling), true Department of Commerce electronic biometric signatures, and the ability to store scanned records create paperless Electronic Health records.
Modules are integrated to achieve HL-7 sharing of data and meaningful use. Data entered in one module is available to other modules in "real time".
Ability to run browsers with interoperable data. Health data can be exported to CMS and Department of Health as appropriate. Payroll data can be exported to state and federal taxing agencies.
Dashboards are used to provide overviews and identify problems.
Extensive standard databases are provided with yearly updates.
A Custom Reporting option is available in many modules.
